Edinburgh’s principal street is Princes Street, just under a mile in length , runs from east to west the north is the 18th century new town which is the elegant residential, and shopping area to the south the Castle sits high and proud above the city with some of the best view’s in all directions. The Royal mile leads from the City to the Palace of Holyroodhouse. The Trossuchs are about an hours drive through beautiful country side and pretty villages, where a refreshment is stop is taken before we arrive at Loch Lomond to enjoy the charm and beauty of this special place.
